Husband was constantly leaving his wallet at home, this fixed it!
I bought this primarily bc my husband would often drive off without his wallet. He would get to the store, at chekout, and have the audacity to have me call out the credit card number so he coud pay. In this day and age that is scary! So, I researched what to get that would be a reminder so if he left the house he would be notified. Granted, alerts come on your phone, and he has forgotten his phone, as well, but at least this works on the wallet, and I got a bundle so we could have two on our key fobs. It has worked remarkably well! By the time he gets to the end of our street the little alarm goes off to notify him that it was left behind. I like that it slides down in the wallet and is hidden and that we don't have to pay for a subscription. Other companies require a subscription to alert you if you leave something behind. So far so good. We have had them for about a month and they have already saved his bacon a couple of times. It is nice if you leave your keys/fob somewhere that you can locate it with your phone. If you or someone you love has ADHD, and loses and leaves things behind, this is a lifesaver.

Great but there is a caveat
This tracker works wonderfully but this version requires their app and is only gps trackable when near a phone with their app installed it will still show the last known location. If you live in a more rural area like myself this may not be a problem I mostly use it to find my keys and wallet at home or sometimes I forget my bag or my wallet at a friend's house and I get a message as I leave that I left it behind. It has a few bonus features too as It can make your phone ring if you press the button twice and it can be used as a camera button.

My most regretted purchase of 2024.
I hate this device. I hate the app. I hate their marketing department. The device works ... If the app works. Unfortunately this app requires 24/7 location on access. I don't leave my location on so it's a completely useless price of junk. All it has to do is connect to Bluetooth and ring when I push the button. It cannot do that. It's lazily coded. Android hasn't required location access to use Bluetooth in literally years. The advertising doesn't say that it won't function without 24/7 location access. It can't be turned on as-needed because the app tried to tell you were the dumb thing last was seen on a map. I do not give two hot squirts where it was on a map. I want to to connect to Bluetooth and ring for me. It cannot do that. If it can't place it on a map, it can only do 'mark as lost.' It will search and never connect. I know this because I had my keys in my hand while looking for my wallet and even though I briefly turned on location, it would not connect to my keys. Which were in my hand. Right beside my phone. Their marketing is deceptive and the product is trash. I wish I'd never bought it. I place so little value in this product I wouldn't spit on their devs if I had the chance. They're not worth it.

Probably the best android tracker package on the market so far, but they still have ways to go.
My requirements for bluetooth trackers were straight forward: a tracker that 1) has user-replaceable batteries, 2) doesn't charge me a ongoing subscription for a basic feature that doesn't require it, and 3) respects me as its owner (privacy, controls). I decided to go with chipolo because they seemed like they could satisfy all three of my requirements. Now that I had a chance to use them for a couple of days, I can comment on whether they kept their promises or not. First let's go over the good then the not so good. The good: - They work. (Don't roll your eyes. This isn't a given like it used to be.) - They don't require an ongoing subscription to work, unlike one of their competitors. - They will continue to work fine without an active internet connection after the initial setup (so far). - Two of the three trackers use normal, user-replaceable batteries as promised. - They will send emails to notify you if your app goes offline for more than 24 hours. - Analytics can be turned off. The less-than-good: - The "GET AN ALERT WHEN YOU LEAVE THINGS BEHIND" feature appears to depend solely on your phone knowing your location and a periodic tracker connection check; that is, the chipolo app periodically records your phone's location and whether it can connect to the tracker. If your phone changes its location and it can't connect to your tracker then you get alerted. Works great if you're moving horizontally, provided you move far enough for the chipolo app to register that your location has changed, but it doesn't seem to work if you move vertically. I left my tracker 4 floors above me and the chipolo app did not notify me. - Contrary to their claims, Location, Nearby Devices, and Physical Activity Permissions are all absolutely required to use the device as advertised. Fortunately, the app doesn't seem to require a constant internet connection to work, so you can use a firewall app like netguard to prevent the app from constantly sending your location to strangers. - One of the three trackers has a non-replaceable battery. Users are expected to throw it away once the battery runs out. - Requires you to sign up to their service via email or google before you can use their with no way to skip. Have no idea how customers in remote locations will be able to set up their app. - Analytics is enabled by default despite the company stating they respect my privacy. All in all, I'll probably order more once I'm confident these will continue to work without internet access, but I'll immediately switch to a competitor that can address chipolo's shortcomings.

Hard to get information because this is third party store.
I like the one chipolo and the card chipolo but the second round chipolo does not work. Can't get through to this store to find out what to do about it. I don't want to go through a complete return. I paid for a bundle and only two of the three working. Very dissapointed with a new product.

Virtually useless
I bought this product with high hopes, but it turns out, it's almost useless. It's okay for using your keys to find your phone, but the other way around is dismal. It couldn't find my car keys when they were 4 ft away from me under the couch cushion. There's also the matter of chipolo app "forgetting" it's devices. I was double clicking on the tile and phone wasn't ringing. Update: in less than 3 months wallet battery is dead! Of course there's no way to change or recharge it so into the trash it goes! 🤬

Hervorragendes Produkt, hervorragender Hersteller

Google(Android)のFind Hubには非対応

Functionalities limited
The design is great and the location accurate but the functionalities are limited. It won't work if going too far from it. I don't feel like it is value for money but it is an effective key finder, even though the sound is not loud enough. It could be life saving one day.
