Great Quality Product, a must have!
A must have product! Why take any risks of flooding your home? For only about $14 more we feel like we have more peace of mind! Looks and feels like a quality product upon inspection! Still important to use hammer arrestors to prevent water surges when water kicks on, to protect your pipes, machine, valves, etc!!

Good idea but always trips and not practical.
They don't work well at all. I get very little flow. It's like a trickle. Very dissatisfied.Waited too long to return and now I'm stuck with them.

Installation was easy.
Works well. Too soon to tell if it really works. Installation was easy.

Hope it works.
First - the best thing to do is turn off the water every time you leave your house. As that isn't practical for most of us, you should at least turn your water off when you go away for anything longer than an overnight. It's easy and free, and could save you a whole lot of pain and expense. You could also try an auto shut off if it works for you. It's didn't for me, but here's the link to the product, which I also reviewed.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0731B14B2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Now the review.Got them and installed them. Needed the 45 degree extensions to get the clearance needed, but all I needed. Instructions said hand-tighten, and that was all that was needed. The removable filters do seem to slow down water flow, but not to a great extent. Only 4 stars, as there is no way to test if it really works. So the only way I will ever know is if the hose fails. I suppose it's cheap insurance that I hope I will never need. 6 foot length is nice. These, plus a water detector behind the washer should help to prevent a disaster.

Never worked.
In theory, it would be nice. On the outside, appears to be well made. Unfortunately I received a dud as my set never ran cold water. It was returned immediately after installation.

Three Stars
I don't know whether these will work if they're ever needed. They get water into the washing machine now.

Although, the only way to find out the performance is in time burst which I wouldn't want to know. For the price, I will be changing this every five years. Looks Very well made.
