Delta Lenta Matte Black Touch Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer, Modern Single Hole Touch On Kitchen Sink Faucet, Single Handle, Matte Black 19802TZ-BL-DST

I converted my 60/40 split kitchen sink to a 36 inch workstation sink and absolutely love how it turned out. I’ve been saving a long time to refresh my sink in lieu of doing an entire kitchen remodel and was going for a unique, modern design to update my kitchen. I have a 36 in side cabinet that my contractor cut the side to allow the workstation sink to fit. We added the appropriate bracing under the sink at the cabinets walls, creating a “shelf “ for the sink to rest on. We also had a fabricator cut a larger opening into the existing granite countertop to receive the new sink. While the sink is kicked over by 1/2 -3/4 inch to the left, it had to be installed this way since that’s where I had space. My contractor met the needs of the project and did a fantastic job. My sink refresh consisted of the following products: Serene Valley Workstation Kitchen Sink, 36-inch Thick-Deck Dual Mount, DDWG3622R; Fonveth Contemporary Design Kitchen Sink Countertop Soap Dispenser Pump Matte Black, Delta Faucet Lenta Matte Black Kitchen Faucet Touch Matte Black 19802TZ-BL-DST , Insinkerator Instant Hot Water 0.66 gal dispenser, Insinkerator Indulge Modern Series 1-Handle 9.25 in. Faucet for Instant Hot Water Dispenser in Matte Black, KANARY Garbage Disposal Air Switch Button for Counter Top (Square ,Matte Black), and Insinkerator Badger 900 ¾ HP garbage disposal. I didn’t take a picture of my base cabinet inside, but I added a trash can pull-out Rev-A-Shelf Single 32 Quart Reduced Depth Bottom Mount Waste Container (11595468), a foot pedal to open the cabinet door without my hands ENVI Kick Hands-Free Door Opening Foot Pedal (11520333), and a Never MT soap dispenser conversion kit which saves me from having to fill the little soap dispenser bottle all the time. The window shade is VENETA Designer Room Darkening Roller Shades in Villa Midnight. The Serene Valley Workstation Sink has a low 50/50 divider and each basin is large enough for big pots to sit flat in the basin to wash. The sink came with a cutting board which slides across the workstation left to right, as well as sink grids. Next, I found the Fonveth Contemporary Design Kitchen Sink Countertop Soap Dispenser Pump Matte Black as well as the KANARY Garbage Disposal Air Switch Button for Counter Top (Square ,Matte Black). Both are square shaped in Matte Black and complete my modern design. For my faucet, the Delta Faucet Lenta Matte Black Kitchen Faucet Touch Matte Black 19802TZ-BL-DST is really cool. All I have to do when I have messy hands is tap the faucet for it to turn on or off. The only thing that I have to get used to is the faucet turning on when I accidentally bump it when cleaning. I found that if I place a hand on the faucet and use my other hand to clean, it “grounds” the faucet from turning on if I accidentally bump it. I didn’t buy the AC adapter for the faucet and have easy access to changing its batteries if I need to. I love the Instant Hot Water Dispenser and Insinkerator faucet. I can’t believe I went without one for so long. I can’t say enough about the hidden pleasures in the trash can pull out, the hands-free opening foot pedal and the Never MT soap dispenser conversion kit. These items are relatively affordable if you’re looking to add some convenience and ease to your kitchen set up.

This is a beautiful faucet and works as advertised. We have had a Delta touch faucet previously and multiple Delta faucets over the years, have always been happy with the quality, durability and functionality. Installing a new faucet is never a fun task but this went as well as could be expected with very detailed instructions and every possible part you could need. There are three options for spray and I love the new Shieldspray sphere. Pulling the sprayer nozzle out is easy and the magnet pulls it back in tight. It is nice to be able to grab the sprayer end (which is not touch activated), position, and then tap the body of the faucet to fill a pitcher or coffee pot reservoir. With a previous faucet we found the batteries last a long time, but when they die the faucet dies and will not work until the batteries are replaced....guessing that would be the case with this faucet as well. We opted to buy an AC adapter which will quickly pay for its self, batteries are now just a backup in case of power failure. Touch faucets can be very expensive this one was very reasonably priced, excellent value. Very pleased with this purchase.

I was concerned about the overall quality and the touch operation. I was also concerned about how well the sprayer would work for cleaning given the reduced flow compared to the faucet I was replacing. I needn't have worried. The quality was excellent and the touch system, while it takes some getting used to, is great. This faucet was installed in a stone sink and I was worried about conductivity causing problems with the touch sensor. I did not use the included isolator and yet the system still works perfectly and the spray system works very well. I'm using far less water than I used to. The jet spray mode could use a bit more power in the "jet" but it's still useful. While the sprayhead does have a plastic cover, it looks exactly like the metal parts and it allows you to move the sprayhead without causing the touch sensor to switch states.

The faucet looks elegant in my kitchen. The brushed nickel wipes down well and leaves no finger prints. I had a higher end Delta (called Brizo) and it water spotted very badly. The pull down spray head can reach the counter on either side of the sink, so I can fill pots without putting the pot in the sink. The switch for spray or stream works easily and it has a special spray button that can work while in either spray or stream mode. The only thing I find strange is the regular spay is split into two sprays and separated by about half in to an inch. If not for this, I would have given it a 5 Star. At first, I thought the special spray was strange because it has a center concentrated stream and a weird kind of balloon spray around it. But it works extremely well for cutting boards you didn’t get to rinse right away or more stuck on foods, though it does splash a lot, but it is worth it. I like the water temperature light that goes from blue (cold) to red (hot) and has other colors for the different levels of warm. I don’t have to stand there with my hand in the water to wait for it to get hot. It is easy so set a temp and leave it there. My old faucet was very difficult to get it set at a specific temperature. My husband and I are both liking this faucet. When my laundry room faucet dies, it will be replaced with this faucet. It was also a great price for a good pull down kitchen faucet.

Our old kitchen faucet started having issues so I decided to try a smart one this time. I was surprised & frustrated to see that most of the smart faucets are going with motion detection sensor which is perfect for public restrooms but a terrible idea for kitchen. I came across this faucet, looked at the simple design, positive reviews, practicality of touch operation and decided to go with it. I almost bought an adapter so that I don't have to keep on changing batteries. It's been more than a month we've have been using it and our family loves it. My 6 year old who can hadly reach the handle can now simply turn on/off with touch. If my hands are messy, I simply touch my forearm or elbow and it works like charm. The light indicator for water temperature is also useful. Water pressure is great and I love the rinse mode to rinse plates etc without wasting too much water. It's totally worth every penny you pay for it. Installation was not that difficult, if you are a bit handy. Just go for it!

I purchased this Delta Lenta Matte Black Touch Kitchen Faucet in January 2024. It started having problems after only about 8 months, with the pull-down handle becoming loose and not operating correctly. Now the retractor has completely failed and the spray head just hangs down instead of retracting back into place. I’ve also noticed significant rust and corrosion around the hose connection, which is surprising for a faucet that’s not even two years old. This is not the quality I expected from Delta, especially at this price point. The faucet looks great when it’s new, but the durability has been extremely disappointing. I expected many years of reliable use, not major functional issues this quickly. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Excellent piece, reasonable to install. Only thing it needs a mount or tie wrap to holditout of the way. Wife loves it.

This is the second touch faucet I installed, love touch over touchless as always had problems with touchless as if something came close to the kitchen faucet, it would turn on when you don't want it to and soak something you did not want to soak. This is much more intentional, and can use your elbow, finger, head, if your hands are grimy. I had a problem with the first one that I ordered, it keep dripping when it was turned off, so I called Delta and their customer service was OUTSTANDING, worked with me to make sure the installation was right, and then determined that the celluloid was defective, and sent me a new one (no charge), within a few days. Quickly installed it, and "Poof", works great. Have been using it for few months now and love it. Has a light at the bottom of the faucet that turns from blue to red based on the temperature of the water, which is surprisingly useful. See video I took attached. It's also fun when people come over and you have to tell them to just touch it, not mess with the handle, they all think its really cool and want me to install one in their house!

El sensor de la llave si funciona pero no corta el agua. La compré y tardaron en entregarme mi cocina, para cuando la instale ya decía que se había cerrado la ventana de devolución. Solo sirve como llave normal y no se activa el touch 😞

Works great! Touch system is perfect in the kitchen! It’s our second Delta faucet in the kitchen. Last one broke after 10 years! And looks beautiful!!! Also we just bought for a great price! (after sale). Very recommended!
