It is a good workout. But not easy to assemble .

I've had this elliptical for 6 months now and it's been giving me nothing but problems. The first issue was during set up, the tension hook would not connect properly. I should've sent it back then but decided to still give it a try. Once I put it together, I noticed it was not leveled and it was unstable. I made sure all of the parts were tightened properly but it would still rock from side to side while I used it. Parts still came loose fell off twice during use which was scary and dangerous. First the left leg and then the handle a few months later. The handle was the last straw. Another issue is that the monitor would not allow data from every category to be cleared. I'm so disappointed in this purchase. I have it a real shot but it turned out being a waste. Perhaps the one I received is defective.
