Awesome tool. One of the best flower making kitsch I have seen for a remarkably low price point. I have seen these kitsch run as high as $300+ and they dont come with a hard shell case. I can't wait to use it. I have to watch some useful videos about silk flower making first though. I want to be able to enjoy the process. Anyone wanting a great kit. This is the one to buy

Burnt tool did not start second time
My tool got burnt and I wanted to check with the seller if he could be any helpful or reply to me . I am fromNewzealand and it will very expensive to return . My question is do I have to pay for return shipping cost ? And I have used this item once and it got black marks and same day in the evening when I wanted to used second time it didn’t start . I would highly appreciate if the seller will reply to my comment and help me here
