After trying this product for several days for the first time, I wanted to draft this review to assist potential users in making an informed decision. Further, I am happy that the product is vegan, non-GMO, and free from common allergens. Compared to other supplements, this one stands out for a few reasons: Enhanced Potency: The supplement claims to be 20 times more potent than standard magnolia bark extracts, utilizing concentrated bioactive compounds. Based on my initial week of testing, I can confirm a noticeable mood improvement. GABA Activity Boost: DHH-B is reported to increase GABA activity, a neurotransmitter associated with calming effects. This could potentially reduce stress and promote restful sleep. Again, I can confirm - having formerly used benzos, this feels like a weak version, albeit effective for something OTC. Organic Herbal Blend: Again, EIGHT organic herbs, such as Ashwagandha, are included to support mood and stress management synergistically. This comes across when used for anxiety relief - it feels effective.

I didn't expect much before taking it the first time, as my impression of most supplements is that most of them are snake oil and vary largely from their labels. This DHHB helps me sleep very deeply throughout the night. I never have trouble falling asleep, but have always had trouble staying asleep after 3am. When consuming this DHHB just before bedtime, I am able to wake up to pee if I have to then fall right back asleep again. I do notice a bit of grogginess upon waking, but it's worth the trade off in getting a full night's deep sleep.

DHHB is probably the best anxiety supplement on the market. I have taken other supplements that cost twice as much that I found were less effective for me. This product has the highest quality I was able to find and also has magnolia bark. I will continue taking this daily and I recommend this product for anyone.

This DHH-B is one of the best quality I have seen. It's highly effective and literally half the price of other brands. It has helped my mood and sleep tremendously! I tried this after DHH-B was recommended to my mom to help with anxiety. I began taking it for anxiety-related insomnia and occasionally in the morning if my anxiety levels were high. It worked better than melatonin for me in terms of being able to relax and wind down before bed, and also helped to decrease daytime anxiety without significant lethargy. Definitely recommend!

I don't believe the label claims on this product. I have taken Dr. Seed's Chill Pill which is 7.5mg of DHH-B and can feel a massive difference between it and this product. I usually take 2 Dr Seeds (15mg of DHH-B), and it is considerably stronger than taking 4 of these (29.4mg of DHH-B). I see absolutely no way this product meets label claim. I will note that Dr Seeds is considerably more expensive (I think it's more than 2x the price), but that product works and this seems to do nothing regardless of dose. I would not buy this again, it didn't work, and was not even in the same ballpark comparing it to another brand.

This DHHB works much better than just magnolia bark which I used to take and has helped me during these crazy times we are living in! The added herbal blend is a big bonus! I will be buying again, and you can't beat this price for a quality DHHB

I'm bummed this didn't work because it's supposed to be a premium product with a premium price, compared to magnolia bark extract. I noticed nothing & I'm very experienced & sensitive to supplements & holistic healing.
