If I could give -1 I will, it said I has 1 years warranty but don't waste your time on it, it just a saying. After months of using it, it stop receiving calls and when I request for a refund since the warranty has not end, the seller refund to, refund the money saying it working. Not to forget when I sent the phone, I waited week and I have to call amazon fir them to contact the seller for me to know they indeed received the phone but did not email me to tell me that they received the phone, instead they insisting for me to take it back and if that was not enough Amazon told me there is not they can do to help me get my money back. It either I take back the faulty phone or I leave. I a very disappointed, I shop on Amazon once or twice a month if not more. Buy it ok I guest they need the money more then me, so go ahead and keep. For all I know this is my last purchase on amazon, I will delete the app permanently on my phone since as a customer you clearly told me there is not you can do and if I get into a situation like this in the future, I will not get help then what's the point of shopping with amazon.

Excellent condition and works as if it were brought brand new

Arrived 4 days early which was great. Set up the phone no problems. Only thing I wanted to mention it felt lighter than my previous iPhone 11, according to the internet, it should weigh 94 gms but this phone weighs 91gms. Maybe due to some parts not being legit. Phone works fine for now. They also threw in a phone cover which was great.

Chose the good option for this renewed phone, it was in great condition I couldn’t find a thing wrong with it. Phone in great condition looks as good as new but battery is shocking, fully charged but left unused battery drops 40% in 24 hours. Need to have battery replaced.
