From the best to the worst in no time
From the Best to the Worst in No Time I had ordered this cocoa two or three times before, and the quality was absolutely outstanding. The taste, the aroma, the texture — everything was perfect. I was genuinely excited to have finally found a brand I could stick with long-term. But my most recent order was like night and day compared to the previous ones. It was such a dramatic drop in quality that I honestly wondered if they had just swept the leftover scraps off the floor and stuffed them into a packet. First of all, the packaging smelled damp and moldy, like it had been stored in a wet basement. The cocoa itself was a completely different color and texture than usual — much lighter and uneven. It even contained hard granules, clearly showing that it hadn’t been properly ground or there were foreign particles in it. And the taste? Absolutely terrible. It’s incredibly disappointing. I was genuinely happy to support this product and had planned to become a loyal customer. But this last batch wasn’t just low-quality — it was inedible. A complete waste.

Rich flavor
Excellent cocoa powder. Rich dark smooth and flavorsome. Can be used in a wide variety of preparations and its assured to come out good . 2nd time I am buying says it all.

Taste's decent, a little too buttery
This does taste good, just not like how dark alkalised cocoa powder is supposed to taste like. This tastes more like company or boost, the smell is also similar. I wonder if it's because of high quantity of cocoa butter. If you are a hardcore dark cocoa fan like me, I would recommend something else. For anything else, this is a decent pick.
