Review: Nice quality filter - I have been using these filters for several years. Currently we have two vehicles that both use this same style, so I always keep one or two on hand for the next oil change. The filter and o rings install the same as oem. The only issue is the small oring that goes on the tip of the filter element carrier. It is very tight and hard to get on in cold weather. This is not the fault of the filter, rather the design, Motorcraft filters are just as difficult. I have never pushed the filter anywhere near 20,000 miles, that seems ludicrous I generally change my oil every 5k.

I have been using these filters for several years. Currently we have two vehicles that both use this same style, so I always keep one or two on hand for the next oil change. F150 do it yourself , This K&N makes the F150 run and run smooth. As far as i know it . Ford the little rubber circle needs gone and upgraded to a bigger rubber circle or a complete do over to make it easier for owners to do oil changes at home . you are almost there . but this small rubber attachment whyyyyyy. Filter is Great ...K&N products.
