Weight for in a bag.
Does what it says. Put it in a backpack which can hold it in the back and use it when dog walking. Good size. Well built. No issues with it.

Rucking & training
Brought primarily for rucking as itโs easier than trying to load a rucksack with traditional weight plates. Compact and true to weight; nice fit in a backpack; shape and size distribute the weight evenly. Also used for training such as flatbed carry, etc. Nice addition to my training equipment. Absolute value for money.

Well made does the job well
Great bit of kit. Fits nicely in the rear pocket of a bug out bag so no need for another rucksack.

A solid ruck plate
There's not much really to say about this :) It's a solid lump of metal, well formed, that weighs 4.5Kg. I stick a few of them in my backpack when I'm off rucking. I was adding one to my bag for each 5kg of weight I lost, that way, my walking exercise was still giving me the same benefit as before the weight loss :) I can't fault this in any way. Reasonably priced, solid, with a well-designed handle. Flat form works great for me.

Excellent weight for rucking.
It arrived promptly and was well packaged. The weight is well made and according to my scales it is exactly 9 kg. It fits comfortably in the hydration reservoir of my Karrimor SF Predator 30 pack and is a lot more convenient than trying to increase my pack weight by loading up with water bottles etc.

Yes. It's a heavy cast iron weight idea for Weighted Rucksacking or 'Rucking' workouts and EDC Every Day Carrying benefits. Fits perfectly into a Viper Tactical Eagle Backpack as planned or a VX Buckle Up back. Buying the heavier one and another of these eventually as want to achieve a certain goal during 2025. It has made one's bodily self stronger and provides a foundation of confidence across your life.
