Can you use resistance bands with this head set?

I've used bands before. I have a set that has clips on the ends. I would just wrap them around one of my cage poles and attach it where the strap would clip in.

Can it be used behind the back in lieu of forward?

Hi, with a bit of creativity you could use it in a variety of ways. By reversing the harness or just flipping the weight to your back and lying on a bench, you could use it behind the back.

You could try hooking it up to a cable machine. It would be difficult doing neck rotations with any neck harness without some form of control of the weight hanging from it.
