where are these manufactured?

There is no country identification on the packaging or stamped on the spoons, so I don't know. A few spoons had minor scratching, but they are heavy and well constructed.

Is it a good cereal spoon?

I think it is OK. Spoon is slightly smaller than tablespoon size but easily larger than the teaspoon size. For me, I find that I can get plenty of cereal and milk on the spoon for my mouth

Pls provide weight of an individual spoon, not the shipping weight of the set, please?

The spoon is a substantial spoon. I don’t have a kitchen scale, but I’m estimating it is twice the usual weight of a typical stainless steel kitchen utensil set spoon. Not over heavy, just substantial, & comfortable. Hope this helps.
