Reliable, Nutrient Rich and Great Value Potting Soil
This 2-pack of Miracle-Gro Potting Mix (8 qt each) has been a great addition to my gardening supplies. What I immediately noticed is the light, airy texture. It’s not dense or compacted like some cheaper mixes, so roots can spread easily. It also holds moisture well without becoming soggy, which helps take the guesswork out of watering. My plants stayed evenly hydrated for longer, and the built-in plant food is a nice bonus since it feeds plants for months. I used this mix for a my indoor plants and within a couple of weeks they looked noticeably healthier and perkier. The soil drains well, but still retains enough moisture that I’m not constantly watering. The 8-quart size is perfect for smaller pots and indoor plants, and having a 2-pack is convenient because I always seem to end up repotting more than one plant once I get started. Overall, this is a dependable potting mix that works well for everyday container gardening. If you want a ready-to-use soil that supports healthy growth without extra fertilizers right away, this is a solid choice. A Little Tip: After opening the bag, fluff the soil with your hands before filling a pot. As potting mixes often compress during shipping this will aerate them restoring those tiny air pockets that roots love.

My GO-TO Potting Mix!
I’ve been using Potting Mix for almost 2 months now and honestly I’ve had no issues with it. My outdoor plants adjusted to it really well, especially my elephant ears — they’ve been thriving and putting out healthy growth. One thing I really like is how well the soil holds moisture without drying out too fast, which helps a lot during hotter days. Yes, I noticed some bugs in the soil outdoors, but that’s pretty normal with potting soil and outdoor plants, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. The mix feels light, drains decently, and still keeps enough water for thirsty plants. Overall, it’s been a solid potting soil and I’d definitely buy it again for my container plants.

Good soil. Proper moisture and God's grace.
I have never grown vegetables out of cloth bags with potting mix. I have to say they look great 👍 Cantaloupe, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon etc. 5500 ft. elevation. Albuquerque NM. It's challenging. Ask me again in 50 days.

Best soil. Great deal.
Miracle grow is my fave soil, it’s the best everything and mostly consistent. Aside from one order, having one bag ripped open and some soil missing, plus a big mess in the box, I’ve never had any issues with my other orders or a problem with the soil itself. The best prices are here or Walmart. However after having a gnat problem, don’t think I’ll be going back to Walmart for soil.

Healthy Plants and Easy to Work With
I’ve had a great experience with this Miracle-Gro potting mix. The soil has a nice texture that’s light and easy to work with, and it drains well without drying out too quickly. My plants settled in nicely after repotting and started showing new growth within a short time. The 8-quart bags are a convenient size for repotting houseplants or filling a few small to medium containers, and getting two bags is a good value. I didn’t notice any large sticks or debris, and the mix felt consistent throughout. It holds moisture well while still allowing the roots to breathe, which has helped keep my plants healthy. Overall, it’s a reliable potting mix that makes caring for plants much easier.

It performed a miracle for me!
I wasn’t sure how fast this stuff could actually work, but I found out the other day when I had to figure out a temporary rescue technique for some plants that had been roughed around in the mail and needed support while I waited for their new pots to arrive. I put some of this potting mix in temporary containers and set the two inch pots down into it, being careful not to put soil any deeper than it had been in their pots. I moistened the potting mix first so I could avoid overwatering. The plants perked up within hours and the tallest one stopped leaning and stood straight up! I had some problems with the chemical smell, but that faded by the end of the day. This rescue attempt kept my roughed up two inch plants healthy and safe until I was able to transplant them into larger pots. All of the two inch plants I had ordered transplanted easily with this potting mix and the chemical odor faded gradually. I moistened it as I added it to the pots, a little at a time. The plants all look great, which is actually a miracle for me because I have never had much luck keeping indoor plants healthy. My outdoor plants and flowering shrubs love me, but tropical plants usually hate me. I’m trying to change this and it’s working so far. I’ve been using the organic potting mix to grow vegetable seeds and only one seed died so far because I didn’t water it in time. I’m impressed with the potting mixes so far. I also bought some of the expanding mix, but I haven’t tried that yet. It sounds like fun. Any potting mix that keeps a tropical plant alive in my house is miraculous, so this stuff deserves high praise. I wouldn’t use the non-organic type on vegetables but they have more than one organic choice for vegetables. They’re worth trying. I like the indoor one so far and I plan to try the outdoor kind soon.
