It's not as bulky as some of the rings I've had and I barely notice it when it's on. I feel like the knod ring has a smoother inside than some of it's similarly-priced competitors which feels nicer against the skin. The size seems true to size for costume jewelry, I believe my actual wedding rings are 6.5 but I wear a lot of 7 - 7.5 in Target or boutique rings and this feels the same.I only have two minor stipulations for giving this 4 instead of 5 stars -- 1. The ring does seem to lose it's size but I find after a few days it seems to be back to normal and 2. After a prolonged wear I did have some irritation around my ring finger, but that could also be due to the element of water added in. I wear a 5.5 as my wedding band. I wanted to get something a little more comfortable and to use during arts and crafts projects, and working out so I didn't mess my rings up. I ordered up like others have suggested and got a 6 size they don't come in half sizes. Unfortunately the ring did not fit right. It felt like it was tighter than my normal wedding rings! I also did not think they ring stretched at all over time. It just stayed the way it was.
