My feet are some what narrow wonder I’ve the would fit

My feet are medium width and I can't cinch them up tight enough for me, so I would worry they would be too loose for you. I also had to return the first pair and get a whole size smaller.

Do these have arch support?

Yes some but not super aggressive.

In women I wear a 10. Should I get a 10 or size up to 11???

These run true to size I wear an 8 and ordered an 8. Hope this helps! My daughter wears 8.5-9 and she got size 9- I tried hers on before I ordered mine and they were too big.

Should 1/2 sizes go up or down?
