This 100ml Epoxy UV Stabiliser Additive from RESION enhances any epoxy resin with superior UV resistance, preventing yellowing and discoloration caused by sunlight. Designed for universal compatibility, it requires only 1% addition by weight, maintaining the resin’s clarity and low odour. Ideal for outdoor and high-exposure projects, it ensures long-lasting, water-resistant protection without compromising finish quality.

## Description

Regardless of the epoxy resin used, no epoxy resin is permanently UV resistant. The hardener is the most important feature for yellowing resistance. The hardener of our epoxy resin coating and epoxy resin has a very good UV resistance. However, we recommend the use of a UV blocker, especially for outdoor applications. This significantly increases the UV resistance. Add approx. 1% of this UV stabiliser adds to the total weight of epoxy resin and hardener to prevent discolouration caused by sunlight. You can mix the UV blocker in the resin or add it after mixing the mixture. The UV stabiliser does not affect the colour or transparency of the epoxy.
