Perfect for intended use.

I needed these hemostats to pull the impeller out of bird bath fountains in order to clean them and they work perfectly. They grip the impellers and are a great value.

The forceps are as described and seem to be good quality. Both the straight and angled versions work as designed and as there are serrated tips, they grasp items easily.

I am a home health RN and bought these after a coworker recommended them to me. These work great for central line extension tubing that seems to have been connected by the hulk himself. Seriously though, if you work with central lines, you NEED these.

These aren’t the best hemostats in the world. Back in my doper days they probably would’ve worked great for holding a “roach” or a joint but don’t dare use them for sewing anyone up. I’ve seen less expensive ones at Harbor freight that are made better. The “splines” or “knurling” don’t even line up. The very tips will put something small in a pinch I guess and you could clamp them down but if you’re looking for something that’s made a little better look elsewhere

Definitely recommend. The locking function of these forceps is perfect my needs. Even useful without the locking function. The combination of the curved tip and the straight tip is also a good idea.
