Review: Huge pills, but very effective. - Massive pills. I've never seen any supplement pill this big, but they work really well. Definitely effective in preventing exercise soreness though, I take 5-6 of these horse pills a day for 2-3 days after exercise and there isn't even a hint of soreness... And I almost always get sore, especially 2 days after workouts. So yes, works very very well, but DEFINITELY not for everyone because of the size. And allthough they can be broken in half, the broken edges are too sharp for comfort. There is also a soft-gel version made by this company that's decent, that also works quite well, but according to the label has less amino verity.

Massive pills. I've never seen any supplement pill this big, but they work really well.
