I ordered the Split King and received it sooner than the estimated arrival date. Put the bed together and it was soooo easy to assemble. Came with everything, including the allen wrench (hex key). The frames are very sturdy and the motors are sooooo quiet. I got the 10" mattresses and they are extremely comfortable. The remotes are easy to sync, so you can lift and lower both sides at the same time or you can leave and use each remote for each bed separately. The only little thing is the remote lay out. The head up and head down buttons are on the left and the foot up and foot down buttons are on the right. I tend to look at something left to right not up and down. But really, it's just my preference. The remotes come with 3AAA batteries as well. I highly recommend this bed! You won't go wrong.

Super sturdy frame. Fantastically comfortable mattress. Functions as expected. The mattress travels a little over time…No big deal, though. For the money (holiday deal) it is a great bed.

My wife and I needed a divided king side bed because she likes her head less elevated than me, and we started looking everywhere, until I found this bed and mattress and we decided on it, the delivery was on time, Even a day before, three boxes arrived, the bases in two separate boxes and the mattress, double twins, in a single box, I was even surprised that for the metal bases there were two boxes and for the two twin mattresses one box, I contacted with customer service by email and they immediately responded telling me that the two twin mattresses were in the same box and they were. The assembly of everything was easy, the guide is very clear and with good descriptive images, just put the wooden bases on the metal base and secure them with some special bolts included and connect the cables and that was all it took me and a friend about 20 minutes approximately. As it is a king side bed divided into two twins, it comes with two remote controls, one for each base, also very easy to use. My only complaint is that the mattresses give off a fairly strong chemical smell, my wife and I decided to spray febreze spray on them and it turned out quite well although not completely, another thing if you want a firm mattress these 10" ones are, because they give you a extreme firmness, to the point that I had to put a 3-inch gel memory foam mattress topper on them, and for all this I give 3 rating points to the mattresses and 5 points to the adjustable bases. But at the end of the day my wife and I are quite satisfied with the purchase, which is very good in terms of quality and price.

We really like this bed. I was worried it would be too soft for me but it is fairly firm and comfortable. It is quite high and the mattress edges are not reinforced so you can sit on the edge and put on your socks. This is not a game changer The boxes are quite heavy but could be pushed along the floors to our bedroom in our one story house. The split king was easy to assemble. If you put the compressed mattress package on top of the assembled bed before opening it you will have an easier time positioning the mattresses on the frame. We love the adjustability and the remote works well. However the remote buttons do not light up making it hard to use at night. There is a tiny light on the remote but it is on the back. The cat has stepped on the flatten button a couple times to hilarious effect. LOL It’s been about a week. I give this bed five stars for now. I don’t anticipate problems but will update later as needed

The bed went together pretty well. But when it came to the deck assembly it was a different story. Two of the holes on the second deck portion on the headboard end did not line up . I had to make a 1/4 (6mm) notch in each hole to accommodate the screw fasteners. For a couple of other holes I had to remove the grommet to use the screw fasteners. My only concern was the deck piece mentioned above made contact with the first fixed panel and how much stress was placed on the motor by this contact. But other than that the assembly was pretty simple and straightforward and I would recommend this bed to others considering purchasing this bed frame. 2/24/23 Update: As we continue to use the bed we find that after getting into the bed a few times moves the mattress off the deck a few inches. So much so that when getting into bed my calf rubs against the deck, very uncomfortable. So every so often I have to move the mattress back to center on the deck. Maybe there should be a device like at the foot of the bed to hold the mattress from side to side movement? I'm considering making something like this. Now don't get me wrong, despite the comments above the bed is still by far the best one I have ever owned.

My elderly Mom lives with us & has been having a lot of back issues. She loves to sleep & although her mattress is ok she deserves better. I purchased this for her & she is so happy with it. With the adjustable frame & mattress her back pain is almost a non issue! She is old school & has always slept on mattresses that are WAY past their prime all her life. At least now she will be sleeping in comfort.

Well, my husband finally gave I. And told me to order an adjustable bed. I did a lot of research and settled for this. I ordered it Tuesday and it was to be delivered next Wednesday but it came to day (Friday). My husband wasn’t home! The UPS man was nice enough to get it into my house. Well, it was in the house, I may as well try! I opened the first box (we got a split king) and moved the pieces upstairs one by one. The directions were so easy! One down, one to go! I put that together as well. The mattresses were a challenge but I’m a determined woman and managed to get this upstairs as well. I have never been so excited to go to sleep! I will update my review once I actually sleep on the bed but after trying it out, I can’t imagine anything but a great night sleep!
