The video is posted along with all of the other product pictures (if you don't see it, select a different case color), and does a great job of showing how to remove & replace the case. I will do a quick summary, however. The first step is to remove the rubber/gel layer: open the charging port flap and pull it so that the bottom edge of the outer layer separates slightly from the plastic core, then gently work it loose from the bottom edge and keep working around until it comes off. For the plastic core case, there are 8-10 "latches" that are clearly marked, disconnect each latch around the edges and then it will come apart. Pop in your phone, snap the case back together and make sure all the latches are closed. Fit the outer case around the plastic case. Honestly, I think this is a fantastic case, and it's a shame if you can't figure it out. **Q: Does this have rfid protection?** A: I don’t believe so. **Q: Does the case have a raised lip to protect the screen and/or camera?** A: Yes. **Q: Does it completely cover phone face?** A: No it does not have a screen cover for dust. I was disappointed. Definitely a great purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely Durable *by T***J on June 29, 2023* I've had this case on my phone for a year and a half and, in that time, I've lost track of how many times I've dropped my phone without so much as a chip on it. This is by far the most durable case I've ever bought and I've gone through a lot of cases over the years. You need to buy a glass screen protector because it doesn't come with one but I've done that with all my cases. Some people complain that it's hard to put on your phone and hard to take it off. I didn't have any problem at all putting it on my phone and if you're careful and patient, you can take it off to clean it without breaking it. There are little plastic tabs on each side of the case that you have to lift up with a tool (a very small, slim screwdriver works well) and once you have those loosened from the case you can pull it apart. I've taken it off for cleaning probably four or five times since I've had it and never broke it. I purchased the clear ORIbox case and it stayed clear for quite a while. After a year and a half, it's cloudy and kind of dirty looking now, but I've also had my phone in my pocket quite often while doing some pretty dirty jobs so I can't complain. I'll definitely be purchasing this same case again when the one I have now finally falls apart.........if that ever happens.
