**Q: Are those universal keys?? Or the cut are different ?? On my office everyone has the same desks and a set of keys open all the desks !**
A: every lock has 2 keys, but package has different 2 lock , so do not worry other keys can open all the desk

A: Mine were not. Each lock had a different key

**Q: Are the keys the same or different for each lock?**
A: different keys

**Q: Drawer won’t open after new lock installed. How do I go about getting it open?**
A: you may have installed the mechanism in the wrong position and forced the internal lock mechanism into the lock position. you may need to force the key to rotate to change the internal position of the locking mechanism. do this carefully because if you use too much force you could break the key. try both clockwise and counterclockwise movements.
