Love it, performs well in our hot & humid summer weather, produces alot of air & has been reliable outdoors on my covered porch.

Really impressed by what cool air is coming out of this while sitting outside in this heat wave! I cant quite figure out how it does that but I'm enjoying the result! The fan is very strong, much stronger than "powerful" indoor fans I've brought outside to cool off. And, actually quieter then those powerful indoor fans too (I mean, its still a fan, its going to make some noise when its cranked up, but I'm pretty sensitive to noise and it hasnt been bothering me, ymmv). In fact, I like it so much that I'm probably going to buy a 2nd to replace my indoor floor fan, which is seriously weak by comparison. Pros: - puts out really cool air! Even on very hot days - powerful fan, much stronger breeze than indoor floor fans - relatively quiet for a fan this powerful - gfci is well-positioned on cors so doesn't require oversized outlet access - ok to be left outside (I do try to unplug it and put it under cover at night, but its been left outside during a few mid-day downpours without issue) - lightweight/easy to move around - looks nice - vent can optionally oscillate, albeit within a pretty narrow range. I like this because if you have it sitting close (which you'll probably want to - see con's below) then it's still blowing on you the whole time, (as oppposed to many oscillating fans that go so far to each side that they're only actually blowing on you half the time) Cons: - you still need to have it really close to you, I don't see it cooling a large outdoor space or more than probably 2, maybe 3 tops, people sitting next to one another - the air only comes out the top of the grill, which is a bit deceiving. It's a perfect height for people who are seated, so no complaints there. However, I'd love it to also push air out the bottom to cool my pup when he's lying at my feet* Untested: Bluetooth remote, it sits so close to me that it seems unnecessary. * I know, animals don't get the same cooling benefits from fans as humans do because of how our skin works, but it still seems to help a bit if it's not too crazy hot outside. I am just guessing tho, but I can say that my long haired/fluffy pup seems to enjoy the breeze (e.g., not recommending that anyone consider their pup properly cooled like we are by any fan when the weather gets really hot).

Took this to a campout for my tent and it worked better than expected. It kept the entire tent cool on a hot Texas night.

We needed something to keep the bugs away from our balcony. This thing does articulate but from the inside. The whole thing is pretty stationary. It does a great job of keeping us cool. I just wish it articulated a bit more. If you’re looking to use this to avoid the skeeters, I’m not sure it’ll do the job. A ceiling fan might be a better solution. But this dos the job on bringing the temp down whenever we’re out on our balcony. The bluetooth feature does work, but I don’t think it’s anymore intuitive than just pressing the buttons.

Feels like AC is on. Perfect for the deck, yard or home office where one of ours is currently in place. On low it provides a breeze & white noise to drown out noise in another room. I purchased one for use in Phoenix. I only opened it this week when temperatures rose to over 90 degrees and 90% humidity. Bonus...this model operates via Blue Tooth so you'll never lose the remote control! Just download the app. This is our 5th Lasko fan. All 5 are in still in use working like they did when they arrived and 2 were purchased for our daughters' dorm rooms in 2011 and 2015. Lasko products stand the test of time.

This was probably the best fan we have ever bought. I looked excessively for a durable outdoor fan, and this one jumped out from all the rest. All of the reviews about it are accurate, So far it has weathered rain and shine, and I love that it goes from very gentle fan Two higher speed fan. Where we live, there are mosquitoes and so just having that gentle airflow keeps us able to sit outside and not get eaten up. The noise is not more than any other fan and probably even less. This was extremely easy to assemble because it came almost completely ready with just two panels to attach. Overall, I’m giving it the highest rating and I’m going to add an addendum after we finish connecting the remote access to the fan

Initially I loved this fan. It looks nice and is fairly quiet. Being safe for outdoor use was a must, which it is. It rained and the cord got wet but there were no issues. Its purpose was to keep gnats from biting me in the pool and sun room. It oscillates through inside blades, and is powerful. However, I had guests over and all four of them had their feet bitten under the patio table. When I inspected the fan, it only sends wind from the top 1/3 of the tower fan. No air comes out of the bottom. So it doesn’t meet my needs and I’m sending it back. Returning it is a hassle because I threw away the box and it must have its own box. I’m sure I’ll pay a bunch at UPS to find a box to fit it.

I used this all summer to keep mosquitos away while sitting outdoors (mid-Atlantic region). Very effective!
