Well, I'm 6'-1" and weigh 215 so I may be slightly larger, but the strap was no where near long enough to go around my wrist. More like a woman's size, if you ask me. It's plenty well built, but absolutely too small. It does say it's length on the ad, but when the strap has to fold back on itself in order to fasten (as is usual for velcro) and the placement of the velcro makes it too small. The ad should say the circumference of the wrist that it's made to be used on. And for the price, I'd more recommend what I'm going to do - get a piece of webbing and sew on some velcro for probably just a couple of bucks.
