Vital Wheat Gluten, (350 gm)

This is not vital wheat gluten as written on the box. Vital wheat gluten is typically used to make seitan. If your requirement is to make seitan, then this won't work for you What has been delivered is bread improver. There is a big difference between bread improver and pure vital wheat gluten. I think the way the product has been labelled is misleading.

Good product. Use it in the whole wheat bread for it to rise more . Works well .

I made seitan out of this wheat gluten. I took the recipe from the youtube chanel show me the curry. The seitan turned out to be very good. Nice product.

I don't understand why the seal of product was open. It's suspicious. I kept the product anyway and baked with it too. But please improve packaging.
