How long would I have to wait to fill up the tank again?

Refilling the tank is a question of how you are using the steamer. If you are using it in spurts while cleaning the area you are working on, then it will be approximately 20-30 minutes. If you are using it in more longer spurts with little wiping and cleaning of the area you are working on, then it will be more around 10-15 minutes. I have used it both ways and I recommend using it in the former.

Can I clean the walls with it?

You can use it to clean sealed walls but care should taken to avoid damaging sheet rock.

Can i use this as a sanitizer? can i put an alcohol based liquid in this machine or is only water that can be used? i'm not quite sure how this works.

Alcohol boils off at approx. 140 and this machine heats to 200. Don't use alcohol in it.
