I bought this because I wanted to ease the muscle pain in my back/neck/shoulders linked to arthritis and felt that some kind of light massage I could control myself might help. It is surprisingly helpful as long as I avoid my joints and can make a difference after a day at work. It isn't too noisy, but it is quite heavy, so if you do have a condition that makes holding things difficult then this might be more awkward to use, especially if you are looking at easing back or should pain. Good value for money and definitely has a positive effect.

There is only one set of interchangeable head attachments in the box. The box came without wrapping and could easily be opened. There is 2 sets of interchangeable heads missing!

I saw this at a relative and decided to buy one for my back pain. It's a great massager and helps relieve the pain. It's a bit on the heavy side, so for prolonged use, you may feel sore, but overall it's great.
