The Spice Way White Peppercorns - 4 oz

I found a recipe the other day that called for fresh ground white pepper. I used the popular store bought brand of ground white pepper, which was all I had at the time. I was really curious to find out what the fresh ground version was like , so I ordered this. Oh my goodness, it's awesome. If you want a vibrant pepper flavor, use it in place of regular black pepper. It blends well in recipes or gives extra zest when added after cooking. I use it all the time now.

So far I like it alot. I will continue to buy it. It came fast and was packaged nicely. I use it in my electric grinder and it works perfect for that.

I have just started experimenting with cooking Asian dishes. Every recipe for Chinese food requires white or Black peppercorns. These are perfect. They smell delicious as soon as the bag is opened. I have always loved this brand.

Finally found white peppercorns in quantity for the home!. I like to grind something other than the black ones. The white peppercorns give a spicy note that lingers. They blend well with creamy soups, sauces, and mashed potatoes.
