Emailed late Saturday, and had a response Sunday morning, even though support is only supposed to be available M-F. Very impressive. Ed confirmed that my method of adding the new sensor was fine, and provided a link to the manual and let me know more information was in part 5.5. To my embarrassment, the information was there, I had just read right past it. I'll likely be adding a couple more sensors in the next couple of weeks. Great product, works as described. So now got this replacement. No instructions in box, drove me crazy trying to setup, then found my manual. Power sensor then power monitor ! New sensor working fine.
