This is an excellent step for step aerobics. It is easy to move and store. It is virtually no problem to assemble. Using it is fun as step aerobics is SO MUCH FUN !! You can make it short or taller according to the workout you want !! The color is good and it is very versatile as you can take the risers off of one side and even use it for lifting weights. IT IS A WIN WIN !!

This step platform works great. It makes it easy to work out without having to go to the gym. It is strong and sturdy. It's pretty light weight. I just store it in a corner of my room. You get two extra steps to raise the height to what you need. It has the lined plastic like you find on steps in a gym so you won't slip.

I recently purchased this. The step is nicely made. However, the size of it didn’t fit my exercise needs. It was very small and cramped for me. I just knew that if I kept it I wouldn’t be happy. My feet wanted to slip off the front of the step. And I just knew that doing any corner to corner moves it would be way too small. I returned and ordered something bigger. I would advise if you have the space to go bigger you will be much happier.

I needed a slightly larger step for the cardio workouts I enjoy, and this one was just the right size. It’s light enough to move around, but feels steady on my carpet. The extra riser is helpful. The only drawback is that the riser doesn’t attach - the step just sits on it. However, once you turn it over onto the riser, it is very steady and has never moved around.

I was honestly a little skeptical after placing my order, especially when I realized the listed weight limit was 275 lbs. I even tried to cancel, but it had already shipped—turns out that worked in my favor. I’m around 425 lbs, and I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy this is. When I step on the platform, it fully supports my weight without bending or denting, which was a huge concern for me. I specifically needed something reliable to support my weight loss journey while dealing with a knee injury, and this has been a great addition. I’m really glad I ended up keeping it—it exceeded my expectations.

The quality is fine - it's usable for the intended purpose, but the risers do not snap onto or connect to the platform (or the other risers) in any way. If you just want to set it up and keep it in the exact same place all the time, it will probably be a good choice for you. But if you want to be able to lean it against a wall to keep it out of the way - or even move it 6 inches to another position once you've set it up, the whole thing falls apart the moment you try to nudge it aside with your foot. I ended up returning it and getting another step for less money that the risers actually connect to and stay put if you move it around or lean it in the corner when you're not using it.

As a woman of a certain age who was a step aerobic queen back in the day, I was looking for a step bench to add to my home gym. I like that this one is the Step brand but is shorter than the traditional step bench. This size is great if you’re limited with space. It takes me back to my step aerobic days. Great addition to my home gym.

The best thing about this step is it doesn’t slip. I would have liked it a bit deeper but adequate.
