Way too small *by S***7 on Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2015* The feeder arrived fairly quickly and was packaged well. It was in very good condition when I unpacked it. It is actually a very handsome piece. Made well, glossy shiny and a beautiful color. There's only one problem...size. If you're anything like me you see measurements on a product and you kind of "gloss over" it. I paid attention only to the part that says it is good for a small dog or cat. This would be used for cats in my home. I have several, and I also work in an animal hospital. I have spent my whole life with cats so believe me when I tell you cats do not like their faces touching the sides of the bowl when they eat or drink. I needed this because my cats are very sloppy, spilling the food and water all over the place when they eat. Lifting the food off the floor would prevent such messes. These bowls, this whole piece, is TINY. I would say this is better for a gerbil or a rat. I can't imagine how this could hold enough food for ANY dog and the cats won't use the bowls except to skim from the top when they're over filled. I have balanced a larger bowl on top of the holder but because it's not made for this unit it constantly tips which completely defeats the purpose I intended it for. It's unfortunate because, again, it's a very handsome piece and if it was larger would have satisfied a huge need in my home. ### ⭐⭐ Cute *by F***A on Reviewed in the United States on October 22, 2017* I like it, but as any one knows when your pet drinks water they spill. Well the water makes stains on the wood. So that takes away from how pretty it cld look.
