Folds up easily, is huge when spread out on the sand and the pegs keep it well pinned down so even on a blustery Scarborough beach it stayed in place. At the end of the day, after my great-nephew had dug up sand everywhere, just picked it up and all the sand fell straight off so I could refold it and put it back in it's carry bag. So much better than putting a towel on the sand. Great value for money and I can see this being used loads next year for many more outings.

Great blanket. Comfortable. The plastic pins keep it in place on the sand. Sand didn't stick to it, easy to shake off. Also waterproof. Best part was that unlike some items like this it was easy to fold back up and easily fit back into the bag! It folds up so small it takes up hardly any room. I'd definitely recommend this item.

Bought it for the cornwall trip! Wanted something portable, compact and light! Comes with tiny pegs to hold which works well at the beach and its sufficient for a family of 3 to 4, easy to fold and store away.

My main use was for the beach and this worked really well for that. The sand brushed off easily. It also comes in a bag with 4 plastic pegs to secure it. It’s not a comfy picnic blanket like you usually get so don’t be fooled into thinking it is but it acts well as a grass or sand covering. Due to the small size of it when folded I keep it in my picnic bag so it’s always available. It’s not so easy to fold it down afterwards but I’ve never failed to get it back in the bag. Great for the beach so easy to use and light weight excellent value for money

Good design, lightweight and space-saving for travelling. Unfortunately when used on the beach, the mat gets sweaty and the sand sticks to the underside which is very difficult to remove. I also found it got quite hot under the Spanish sun. Very inconvenient, will only use this when in the park. I would not recommend it for the beach.

My family was visiting and I want to have some picnics with them or just resting periods in parks and this was a great choice. Its big, it really easy to fold and resistant!

I have used this product on sandy beaches and it does the job perfectly. Provides coverage of a large area and allows alot of people to sit. The material however is very thin and causes discomfort if placed on beaches with pebbles and rocky shores. Area will need to be smoothes out and any pebbles with sharp edges removed before sitting down. Overall good product!
