Flimsy plastic
I had to send these back after the plastic in the centre broke on first use. Bought something different, with the spring between the handles, which have been great.

Great snips for dead heading annuals etc. They can get into tight places in hanging baskets etc, small, lightweight and easy to use. Have had a version of these for years and they work so well.
