What is the warranty on this? how is this different from previous versions? and lastly, how is this compared to mackertop's battery? i can't decide.

Not sure how different from the brand you are talking about, but I bought this battery for my DJI Phantom 3 Standard and it works great . I didn’t have a working original battery to compare, I bought my drone used and the battery was shot (bloated) so I just bought this battery to test out the drone to make sure it worked, and it does! Pretty stoked about that! Run time on a fully charged battery would be about 20 min! I would buy again! Hope this helps! Aloha!

Fit and finish.

This is the second battery I ordered and neither one will go in the battery well on dji phantom 3. The photo shows the difference in the old battery and the new one.
