This stuff is AMAZING for diabetics
Most of the diabetics (self included) that I know have skin issues with wounds not healing, acne, etc. I tried this the night I got it and the smell, the exfoliation, the gentleness were more than I expected. I will definitely order again. I guess it's the Tea Tree Oil in the product - but it's tingly, refreshing, and it has made a HUGE difference in my skin wounds in three days - they're almost healed! Seriously. This is good stuff. It's black, which is kind of unusual, but that must be the charcoal. I hope there's a larger size. I got the small size because I wanted to try it out first. Now I wish I had the larger size. Use it sparingly on your face. It's gentle, but very effective. On my arms and legs, I used it every day. I use it every other day on my face. It will CLEAN better than anything you might have tried. I just used my fingers to rub it in because I wanted to see how "gritty" it was. Does not FEEL gritty - or about as gritty as toothpaste. No roughness...just a gentle tingling to let you know it's working.

I love this stuff- been using it for years!
I love this stuff- I’ve been using it for years as a daily face wash and it’s amazing. I never have dead skin buildup (I am told that I look younger than my actual age quite often!) and it really helps when I get breakouts during my cycle. Bonus- leave it on overnight on pimples. It really helps dry them out and they heal faster. The tea tree in it is great for that!

Strong, but effective
Okay, so this was a purchase that I made too quickly. I thought this was a facial exfoliant. Maybe for some people it is, but not for me. I read the back and deemed it too strong to use on my face, but I kept it in the shower to use whenever on my body. The stuff is definitely strong and full of essential oils. It actually made my eyes water and the mint left me almost shivering because it's so cooling, but I like that. The exfoliation isn't super abrasive (I use a loofah and I like them kind of rough), but it's enough to help you feel clean and refreshed. The bottle also provides a generous amount for the price and quality of ingredients.

Natural, vegan, animal cruelty free product that doesn't contain parabens!
After years of using a sulfur based face/body wash prescribed by my dermatologist, I one day read the label and discovered that it contained propylparaben. I couldn't believe it. I did some research and found out that there are actually six types of commonly used parabens and it is estimated that they are used in over 13,200 cosmetics products. Parabens have been linked to breast cancer so I started reading more labels on other products and was horrified how many products contain parabens. I decided to go on a natural, paraben free product search and rid my house of all potential cancer causing products. I found this product and decided to give it a try because I liked so many of the ingredients. Tea tree oil is one of the main ingredients and is an excellent treatment for acne. One study found tea tree oil to be just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, but without the negative side effects like redness and peeling. It has anti-viral properties and can help with dandruff, warts, lice, athletes foot, insect bites, cuts and scrapes. I also like all the conditioning oils like coconut and jojoba and all the wonderful smelling oils like peppermint and spearmint. To find an all natural product that smells good, is cleansing and clears up your skin, but doesn't dry it out is amazing. My son, who plays basketball and soccer, suffers from back acne and he thinks this product is awesome. He hated the sulfur soap because it smelled like eggs and dried out his skin. This soap smells clean and woodsy. I will definitely buy this again when we run out. I also bought the Oleavine Antifungal Soap with Tea Tree and Neem for the body that we use in conjunction with the scrub. We only use the scrub 2 -3 times a week as it can be abrasive if used too often. You barely use any of the scrub or the soap, so I think they should both last for quite awhile. I am really happy that I found this product and feel good knowing all the ingredients are safe.

Calling all sweaty friends - must buy!
Wish I ordered this sooner. Has really cleared my underarm odor. It does tingle slightly (minty) but not in a bad or painful way. Just feel extra clean and it goes away after you rinse off. Recently developed hyperhydrosis and it stresses me out and I end up stress sweat resulting in a lot of sweat and random bursts of pungent underarm odor, my OCD cleanliness and outfit changes aside. Had underarm Botox, used drysol, underarm stickies - nothing really worked consistently and I was so embarrassed at my office job and even in some personal social settings. I’d just be way too hot (even in the cold or AC) and sweaty and i’m young, 5’7, 140 and pretty healthy. Believe you me when I say this works! In addition I do the following: use Certain Dri 2x per week (each use good for 72hours), shower with body scrub, get a prescription for Clindamycin from a dermatologist or doctor and apply before using your deodorant. Finally spray your favorite perfume (before when I used perfume it smelled terrible bc of the bacteria that sticks on your skin post sweating, but now I can use it again!!). I also include a daily dose of probiotics - the more the better (I take the RenewDaily Women’s 90 million) to try and balance my internal good/bad bacteria. Sounds more intimidating then it is but that plus a Thompson Tee has me feeling like half the person I used to be prior to the excessive sweating and keeps me smelling fresh and less sweaty. The cost of the scrub + shirt + sweating regime is less than $100 which is way less then all my previous interventions and constantly buying clothes that weren’t breathable, held odor more, or were ruined by sweat stains. Try it! Highly recommend, I hope this helps someone - you aren’t alone in your sweaty (or smelly) journey to feeling normal again!!

Wonderful Scrub
Love the smell and the results. I have read some say it is gritty. Yes, it is, but that is what a scrub is. It is NOT abrasive in the fashion it will leave your face red / scrape up. It is a GENTLE facial scrub that helps get out excess oil. I noticed it was gentle enough to use everyday. My purpose for using came from having something on my eyelashes during the night. So I wash my face prior to sleep gently over my face/around eyelash area. It has made a tremendous difference. Just use common sense if using near eyes. Gentle. Works Great. Will order again. Re: Scent - not strong, refreshing. I have sensitive skin so this is kind to it. The "grit" is not overly abrasive under normal use. I am sure if you decided to use undue force, then it might. It is a good product!

Meh- it's ok
I normally buy a different tea tree oil exfoliant, but thought I would try this one as reviews were good. I use this on my feet every other time in the shower to keep the dry skin at bay in the summer. This stuff just seems to slough off just the stuff, not the skin. Even with a body buffer it seems to do nothing.
