Fabulous little tool, easy to clean, and very comfortable to use
I bought this to serve both as a pastry cutter for scones, and to break up eggs for making egg mayonnaise, and it works brilliantly for both jobs. Easy to clean, a very comfortable grip, and easy to store. Very happy with this product.

Quick, perfect pastry
With worsening arthritis in my hands, I thought my pastry making days were over, until I purchased this. Easy to use and quickly mixes butter and flour with no need for rubbing in. Pastry was beautiful.

Makes the best Chopped Eggs for egg Mayo!
I own a similar one of these, never used for pastry, because it is a perfect egg chopper for egg Mayo sandwiches!!! Chose this one specifically, as a requested "egg smoosher' birthday gift, as it looks like it was boxed. Alas, no box. But I'm sure that won't make much difference to its ability to do it's job

Perfect
I used to have my mums dough blender. And loved it. But it went walking!!! No idea where it went to!!! Anyway I bought a cheap one. It was rubbish. Bending etc when I was using it. The old saying. You get what you pay for was true in this case. I bought this. It’s strong and cuts through your butter and flour etc. Makes my grandmas nice sultana scones. Yum. Would definitely recommend this. It’ll last forever so why skimp. 🤷🏽♀️

Great Product
I ordered this for the purpose of not having to use my fingers to mix butter and shortening into flour to avoid it melting from the warmth of my fingers and it did the job perfectly. Well worth buying!!

Nice blender
Easy to use and works well

Much easier than just hands
I make these cheese straws most weeks for a market stall. the recipe is equal flour and butter rubbed into to resemble bread crumbs. The Pastry Blender definitely makes it quicker and less painful on my thumbs but I find I have to still finish it off by hand. The Pastry Blender also had a tendency to dig into my hand but not sure what would help this. Overall a handy tool if you make a lot of 'rubbed in' recipes.
