- *Pack f 5 x 5g RENNET Microset Mix has a high enzyme activity, having the power to coagulate safely any kind of cheese you choose to manufacture, from cow, sheep or goat. Fresh animal milk only.
- *Non-GMO | Non-Animal | Long Shelf Life | Made in EU | Suitable for Vegetarian
- *Warm the milk gradually to 35°C/90 °F on low heat, THIS IS IMPORTANT! First dissolve the mix in 30 ml of non-chlorinated water and then add to the milk mixing for 1-2 minutes.
- *Will work on any type of fresh milk. Each sachet contains 5g of mix | Use each sachet for 20 L of milk or less
- USE 1 Sachet per 20 L of Milk / 1/2 Sachet per 10 L of Milk / 1/4 Sachet per 5 L of Milk
