What is the heel height?

They are about 1.5 inches at far heel.

Do these come in a larger size than US 9? I bought a 9 which is my normal size but they are so narrow and feel tight. Worried they won’t stretch out.

I actually ordered 0.5 size down for one pair (size 9) and 1.0 size up for another pair (size 10). After a few weeks of acclimating, the size 10 was way too big, but the size 9 pair was perfect. Over a year later, my size 9 pair is still great. I would say buy a shoe stretcher and give it a little time.
