Good customer service ... but my player isn't working very well anymore so...
Not sure if i can blame the artist who recorded these songs as my disklavier is older (floppy disc) and doesn't work very well anymore. Really unfair to give stars due to this. I didn't buy my yamaha for the player part and wish it didn't have it. I will say the company was fast to send two new disc's in different formats when I mentioned it to them.
