did not receive usb toggle with this item. can you fix this and send me the toggle? this is the 2nd time ordering and not receiving all items in pac

The usb dongle is packed inside the mouse, in the battery compartment next to the battery. If you turn over the mouse and remove the battery cover you should see the dongle next to it. Please see attached video.

Will this mouse work with a dell xps 9500?

It is a usb wireless mouse..will work with any pc that has USB ports

What are the mouse dimensions? (not the package)

Width … less than 2.5” Length … less than 3.5” It fits comfortably in my hand. This is my second one.

Are dongles from another mouse compatible?

All Logitech devices using the Unified can share the same dongle, I do this all the time. You have to download the Logitech Unified Software to pair the devices to the one dongle.
