Do you need to know which ear is causing the BPPV for DizzyFIX to work? Do the instructions tell you how to determine which ear?

If you don't know which ear is your problem ear, you can use the DizzyFIX on both sides without causing any problems. You can usually tell which ear is the problem when you first lay your head back. If you feel really dizzy at first, that's likely your problem side. The dizziness will usually subside within a few seconds.

Do you need to use the Dizzyfix after you have done the epley many times? To get the angles right?

The DizzyFix helps to get the correct angles for me when I do the Epley at home and corrects the Bppv I suffer from regularly. I've had the Epley done by my ENT many times too. My consultant recommended the DizzyFix because he said that most people dont get the right angles when they try to do an epley at home.
