If you don’t mind the taste.. *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 19, 2021* Like most products, it has its pros and cons... but it definitely has helped manage my irregular, birth control- induced hormones.Pros: This product actually works for me. I just started taking gummy vitamins in the morning and this was one of the 4 I started taking. While the others might have helped, I think these chewable pills actually did their job! I had a lot of uncontrollable mood swings due to my implant birth control, but after a month of these I started feeling a lot more like myself again. Made me feel overall a little more energetic and less tired than usual.Cons: I did not expect these to be the consistency of chalk. In the pictures the vitamin isn’t shown, but since it said “chewable” I assumed that they were probably gummies. Instead, they’re circular blocks of chewable powder, which is still sort of nice for people like me who hate swallowing pills. The taste is gross honestly... but since I know they work now I power through the chewing and down it with some water😂 The pill tastes very peppery (a lil spicy in a weird way) and also somewhat sour - like some candy.So if you’re willing to chew a pill doesn’t really taste great, but you want actual results - it’s for you. I am currently using Tretinoin, but I was still getting my painful breakouts. I take 100mg (so half a tablet) a day, and a month later I have had NO cystic/hormonal breakouts. And I ALWAYS get them. Usually, that time of the month comes around and causes a huge breakout and it’s another few months of healing. If you’re dealing with hormonal breakouts, please try this! I have never been so happy with my skin. Also! Take this with food to avoid a headache/ nausea. If you take this and find you’re experiencing nausea, try lowering your dose to 100mg (half the tablet).Edit (January 9th): Still fantastic. My painful cheek breakouts are gone! I will never be without this.Edit ( March 9th): Still love this. Stopped using Tretinoin and other products on my face. I take 100mg of DIM, 20-40 mg of Zinc Gluconate, and soon 5,000 iu of Vitamin D3/K2. Excited for my skin. I’ve learned that topicals aren’t effective in eliminating acne as it starts from within. I still get little breakouts here and there, but my skin is much happier now.Edit (October 5th): Bought another bottle! Still taking half a tablet. I don’t take as often as I feel my body is doing much better, but I still absolutely see a difference in my skin. These tablets (emphasis on chewable tablet, not a gummy like I originally thought) were the perfect alternative to taking a pill. The flavor was fine and I didn't notice a "spicy" after taste from the activating black pepper. A little bit of water and they're perfectly easy to take as a supplement. My doctor had recommended a DIM supplement and I was honestly so excited to find these.Now the FYI part...I genuinely never considered the fact that you could have an allergic reaction to a supplement...until I had one. That being said, I have notoriously horrible allergies and I've had severe reactions to random things before; a supplement was just not something I considered as a thing we could be allergic to.The manufacturer and amazon were fantastic about doing a return because of my reaction and I honestly tried them again after my first reaction because of how much I wanted them to work.
