I wear a size 10 in women shoe and have wide feet. What size would you recommend that I order?

I wear a size 10 shoe and I order the size 6-12 and these socks fit perfect. I do NOT have a wide foot though.

Instructions say wash inside-out. Is there a particular reason for this? What is the advantage?

I don’t what advantage there would be to washing inside out-maybe just to get cleaner. I wash how it’s put in hamper & give back that way. Hahahha The socks are okay
