We enjoy Eggs Benedict from time to time and enjoy making the Hollandaise sauce from scratch but sometimes there isn't time. This is a tasty and quick sauce that's almost as good as home made. Definitely worth the price.

An acceptable Hollandaise sauce
Each packet is relatively small so you are not making much more than two servings. Quick, simple and easy to make. For my taste I added a little lemon juice. Excellent thickness and good taste and I was pleasantly surprised that leftovers retained the thickness and kept well in the refrigerator and after being warmed up. It certainly isn't restaurant quality but is quick, easy and tasty for no fuss homemade.
