Is your citric acid derived from mold?

More than likely but I am not 100%. Aspergillus niger fungus or Black mold efficiently converts sugars into citric acid. It is how 99% of manufactured citric acid is produced. So if you are very sensitive and highly allergic then I would use your own citric acid from say the lemon rather than the other bottle. Just try to dilute it. I'm sure there are those who can tell you how to accurately.

All pictures show 4oz bottles, why does the description say 2oz bottles, what am I going to receive? Better be 4oz bottles or your not being truthful.
