I put my Cricut Air on Custom, Chipboard 0.55mm. I cut lettering 6.8 wide & 1.06 high and it worked great. It cut the lettering twice. Now I know! **Q: The Grafix website says each sheet is medium weight and natural is 0.057″ - Is this the size of this chipboard?** A: The seller has said these are 130pt in their reply. I bought this item in March from this seller, expecting "medium" thickness. These are NOT 130pt. I have no idea where the seller is getting that number. 130pt. is close to 1/8 of an inch, which is thicker than a lot of hardcover book bindings and practically plywood. What I was sold was .24 or .30 point, which is very light. It didn't say on the label, it just said "medium." It also did not list the weight. What I was sold was about the thickness of the backing of a legal notepad. I am cutting them in half and adhering them together for my project, as what I needed was closer to .50-60, a nice cardstock thickness for a board game mat or token. Somebody at American Shop must be very busy to make these oversights. **Q: How does the number of points compare to the ply number? I need 7 ply and 14 ply** A: I did a google search and found that 14 ply is equal to 48 pt thickness. So 30 pt will be a little heavier than 7 ply.
