So I bought it too! She also gets great results after using a curling iron. I thought it had something to do with her careful care but hair is soft and beautiful. the color doesn't blend well with my hair color but i will dye it again. I may come back in the future to update how I dyed it. After using the straightening board, the creases of the original folds are also gone, and it is smoother. I will definitely take good care of it with professional products! Wish it lasted a little longer! I did not have any of the problems that some of the reviews stated. I did have one fall out because I accidentally pulled it out with a brush. I wash and dry my hair daily as well as heat style and mine held up for nearly 8 weeks before I removed them. I did either braid or pull my hair back in a ponytail each night. Towards the end of the 8 weeks I had another one come out but once again, I do believe it was my fault with how I brushed it.
