The cherries I purchased were lovely...ready for holiday use...no pits or stems...just perfect.

When will the red cherries be delivered to me ?

I'm not sure what you mean. I buy them for fruitcakes. They are very good, fresh, and just what I need. Candied Cherries.

Do the cherries need to be refrigerated?

I don't believe so. I did not refrigerate mine. I stored them in my pantry for approximately 1 year and they did quite well.
