Tenacious Tape Mini Patches

Handy and dependable fix.

These mini patches work very well. Used them to fix a cut in a down jacket to stop the feathers from falling out.

These work... for the most part. I have a pair of hiking pants (polyester fabric) that ended up with a hole at the crotch area after a furious fanning session for a campfire. I like that it has both black and transparent patches; I used the transparent one and cut out two small squares for the outside and inside of the fabric. I also have a shirt (cotton) that had a hole and so I used the same treatment, but this time using the black patches. After putting them on, I put some weight over the area just to make sure it adheres to the fabric. After that, I threw them in the washer on cool/gentle, then dryer for tumble dry/low. The patches on the pants were fine and didn't even look wet or anything. The patches on the shirt however came off. Also, the experience for cutting up the patches was a bit of a pain. It's like a band aid - if you use the whole square then it's easy because of the peel-to-apply method. But if you need smaller shapes and you have to cut, it gets hard because they'll lose the loose part of the flap. Anyway, love the portability though, definitely going in my camping bag along with first aid gear since it's so small.

I got a hole in my Aritzia puffer and bought this to repair it. The jacket is expensive so I don’t want that money to go to waste. This simple fix saved my life. The patch blends in with my jacket very well. You wouldn’t even be able to tell it on my hood which is noticeable bc it’s a super puff. so far it has not peeled off or anything and it was definitely worth the buy.

Needed these to repair holes in 2 down jackets. The black tape on a black jacket is perfect. You can't see them at all. It was easy to cut to size and stays on through multiple washes so far. I used the clear tape on a light purple jacket. It is more noticeable, but not terrible. It saved my jackets from tearing more and losing feathers so I'll call it a win! Well worth the price to pay than having to buy new jackets.

This stuff works very well. I had a small rip in my favorite jacket and thought I would have to get rid of it. This tape worked great and blends right in.

Saved me $$$$ Worked great for my black nylon puffer and son's snow pant tears at bottom of pants legs due to dragging on the ground because they were a little too long on him. Jacket and snow pants were black. I bought both clear and black tape. Black definitely worked better, looked better overall! Clear was too noticeable and does not meld to the fabric as well, it's a harder plastic like tape, stiffer and more noticeable than the black. I actually used clear first. I thought clear would work better on my black puffer jacket since my jacket is semi glossy but black blended in way better and more fabric like. I took the clear off my jacket, was no problem to remove and put the black tape instead. It's holding up great. I used the clear on my son's snow pant legs and it's cracking a bit and peeling, maybe because I had to fold tape over the edges of the bottom of the pant legs and the bottoms get wet a lot too from snow. I think black would have worked better, the black tape is more flexible, melds better, but wanted to use the clear up since I have it. I'll replace with the black tape eventually. Clear is the best alternative for colored items! But if you have black articles to mend, go with the black all the way!!!! It holds up better, looks better.

the black patch is a nice fix for my down jacket. The patch is pliable and is nearly invisible. The clear patch is not so good as it seems flat and stiff and shines, making the patch fix look like scotch tape.

such a great idea and so far so good. just stick on to cover holes in black rain jacket. used the transparent patches on the light colours inside of jacket and black patch on exterior. seems to wash fine. size good

J'ai pu réparer une veste noire en duvet sans que cela paraisse.

Hatte in meinem Zelt ein kleines Loch. Hat mich nicht sonderlich gestört, bis die Ameisen das Loch fanden. Kleber drauf, patch drauf. Top. Bis jetzt hält es alle insekten draussen. Bei Regen bis jetzt auch keine Probleme.

Article correspondant parfaitement à la description ! Très satisfait du résultat après exposition de la veste pendant 6 jours dont 3 sous la neige !!
