Disappointing Taste
Disappointing taste, only a mild hint of spice and doesn't taste like a typical cajun flavouring. It's also very sweet, not surprising as the first ingredient is caster sugar!

I wish I could rate this less than one star, upon reading the ingredients list for this the very first thing in the list is caster sugar and the third is maltodextrin!I know you only use a small amount at a time but surely a Cajun spice mix should be spice based, not sugar based?
