Since you are running Vista, your USB ports are probably USB 2 and you might be able to find the USB 2 version of the Apricorn hard drive cloning adapter at a lower price. Either version will work with USB 2 or USB 3 ports on the computer. The advantage of the USB 3 version is that it is much faster if the computer also has USB 3 ports. If either the port or the Apricorn adapter is USB 2, then the transfer will run at USB 2 speed. **Q: I have aDell N5110 with a blank drive, i want to clone to it without removing it from the laptop.
